Inspired by history, fairy tales, movies and the decor of Le Pavillon Hotel in New Orleans, we present this modern wedding fashion and decor interpretation of one of history’s most decadently famous queens.

The Frenchmen St. Suite at Le Pavillon combines contemporary design with inspiring musical aspects.

The Adeline ring from Brilliance in Diamonds features an 0.80ct light fancy yellow oval shape diamond, 0.12cts transitional cut diamond side stones and 0.30cts baguette diamond side stones set in 14k yellow gold. Paired with this stunning ring, is a 14k yellow gold Art Deco diamond band featuring round brilliant shape diamonds in a milgrain and scalloped setting.

This modern princess wedding dress, available at Southern Bridal Dreams features layers of embroidered lace motifs, beading and Swarovski crystals. Marry classic desserts with modern sensibilities. This sampling of elegant confections by Gambino’s Bakery features hand-decorated cookies, creme-filled puff pastries, macarons, petit fours, white chocolate covered cake truffles, strawberry shooters and shortcake flutes. Dessert displays allow guests to choose their sweet indulgences, but of course, there is always the traditional option to “let them eat cake”, such as this modern carved cake with bold colors and edible gold detailing.

Herbivore Floral Designs created the edgy, modern asymmetrical florals with lush, tropical vibes and bold pops of red, orange, pink and purple.

Bijoux Restaurant at Le Pavillon couples classic décor in a historic setting under awe-inspiring sparkling crystal chandeliers.

(See this gown in black in our “modern marie Style File”) From Brilliance in Diamonds, a 14k rose gold accented engagement setting with 1.25cts oval shape diamond center stone, two 14k rose gold diamond bands,and a 14k rose gold bezel set milgrain diamond band create an eye-catching sparkle on Tina’s finger. 14k white gold diamond floral stud earrings echo the floral motif of the gown’s floral lace.
