These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, publications, events, memberships, products, services, content, and digital properties operated by New Orleans Weddings Magazine, Inc. d/b/a NOW Weddings Magazine (“NOW Weddings Magazine,” “NOW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including NOWWeddingsMagazine.com and related websites, domains, publications, events, and services.
By accessing or using our website, registering for an event, creating an account, purchasing a membership, advertising, sponsorship, ticket, product, or service, submitting content, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our websites, services, events, memberships, or products.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our website. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
ACCOUNTS
Certain features of our website may require account registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account information and for all activity occurring under your account.

MEMBERSHIPS
NOW Weddings Magazine may offer memberships, including but not limited to Wedding Krewe memberships.
Membership benefits, pricing, discounts, events, educational opportunities, networking opportunities, promotional opportunities, and included services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Memberships are non-transferable and are intended solely for the purchaser or approved business entity.
Memberships do not automatically renew unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
PAYMENTS
By purchasing any product, membership, event registration, advertising package, sponsorship, digital product, service, or other offering, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
All payments are due at the time specified during purchase.
Except where required by law, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services, memberships, advertising, event participation, or account access.
EVENTS, BRIDAL SHOWS, AND TICKET PURCHASES
NOW Weddings Magazine produces bridal shows, networking events, workshops, educational events, editorial events, vendor experiences, and other in-person or virtual programs.
All event registrations, tickets, sponsorships, exhibitor fees, advertising purchases, and related event purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
NOW Weddings Magazine reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, substitute, or cancel any event at any time.
In the event of severe weather, hurricanes, flooding, venue issues, public safety concerns, governmental restrictions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, event dates, locations, schedules, features, speakers, exhibitors, prizes, sponsors, and programming may change without liability.
Attendance at any event is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE
By attending any NOW Weddings Magazine event, you grant New Orleans Weddings Magazine, Inc., its employees, contractors, photographers, videographers, media partners, sponsors, and affiliates permission to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture your likeness, voice, image, appearance, and participation.
You grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license for such materials to be used in publications, websites, social media, advertising, promotional campaigns, event marketing, editorial content, public relations efforts, and other lawful business purposes without additional notice, approval, or compensation.
EDITORIAL SUBMISSIONS AND USER CONTENT
Submission of photographs, videos, real weddings, styled shoots, testimonials, vendor profiles, comments, reviews, articles, advertisements, or other materials does not guarantee publication, feature placement, social media coverage, advertising placement, editorial inclusion, or acceptance.
NOW Weddings Magazine retains sole editorial discretion regarding acceptance, rejection, editing, formatting, placement, publication timing, promotion, removal, or modification of any submitted materials.
By submitting content, you represent that you own or possess all necessary rights to the materials submitted and grant NOW Weddings Magazine a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, archive, and promote such content in any media now known or later developed.
VENDOR, SPONSOR, AND ADVERTISER DISCLAIMER
NOW Weddings Magazine provides opportunities for businesses, wedding professionals, advertisers, sponsors, exhibitors, and consumers to connect.
Inclusion in a publication, directory, website listing, social media feature, advertisement, event, or promotional campaign does not constitute endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee of any vendor, product, service, venue, sponsor, or advertiser.
Consumers are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting vendors and service providers.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
NOW Weddings Magazine does not guarantee:
• Event attendance
• Lead quantity
• Lead quality
• Bookings
• Sales
• Advertising performance
• Website traffic
• Search rankings
• Social media reach
• Audience engagement
• Business growth
• Return on investment
Any examples of prior results are illustrative only and do not guarantee future outcomes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published by NOW Weddings Magazine, including articles, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, publications, digital products, downloads, videos, guides, educational materials, and website content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Any future digital downloads, templates, courses, educational materials, or premium content are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, shared, reproduced, or commercially exploited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Orleans Weddings Magazine, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, publications, events, memberships, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NOW Weddings Magazine during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
