From their first date to the wedding day, every detail reflected Olivia and Reid’s story.

For Olivia, some of the most meaningful moments of her love story came from the personal touches. When it was time to propose, Reid brought her back to the location of their first date for lunch before taking her to one of her favorite spots in town. With their best friend there to capture the moment, the proposal was, as Olivia describes it, “so intimate and sweet.”

That same sense of intention carried throughout their wedding day. As a wedding coordinator herself, Olivia designed and created all of the signage and décor, bringing her vision to life through details that reflected their style and story.

Family also played an important role in the celebration. With her grandmother unable to attend, Olivia was especially grateful to have her godparents there to stand in as her grandparents for the day.
