PUT A BOW ON IT: AN ELEGANT AFTERNOON OF WEDDING INSPIRATION

On Sunday, September 14, 2025, brides stepped into an afternoon of charm and sophistication at the Put a Bow on It Bridal Show at the historic Battle House Hotel & Spa in Mobile, Alabama. Hosted in the beautiful Moonlight Ballroom, the show blended timeless elegance with playful bow-inspired details, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere where couples could find everything they needed to plan their perfect day.

A GRAND ENTRANCE WITH A SIGNATURE BOW

From the moment guests arrived, the theme was clear—bows everywhere! A stunning giant pink bow framed the registration area, balloon décor created a cheerful welcome, and bow accents adorned signage, printed materials and displays. On the dance floor, Rent the Lights illuminated the theme with a glowing “PUT A BOW ON IT” marquee, setting the stage for photos, dancing, and special moments throughout the event.

Brides were greeted with swag bags and a warm welcome from the NOW Weddings team as they entered the ballroom to explore.

BOWS, BEAUTY & BRIDAL INSPIRATION

Inside, wedding professionals impressed brides with elegant displays, interactive booths, and personalized consultations. From florals to formalwear, catering to coordination, every category was represented.

Ari’s Flowers provided gorgeous floral arrangements, adding softness and sophistication throughout the space.

Couples sampled delicious bites from top local caterers including:

Designer Cakes by Karissa delighted guests with both cake samples and the beautifully styled bow-themed cake pull centerpiece.

The charming and upscale atmosphere made it easy for couples to imagine their own wedding day unfolding at the Battle House.

SOUNDTRACK OF THE DAY

KC Karaoke and DJ Services set the perfect tone as the show’s official entertainment sponsor—acting as both DJ and emcee, keeping the afternoon flowing smoothly with music, announcements and energy.

SWEET SURPRISES: CAKE PULL WITH A TWIST

One of the most loved traditions of the show returned with a bow-inspired twist!
Instead of pulling a ring, brides pulled bows from the beautiful cake designed by Designer Cakes by Karissa and surrounded by floral décor from Ari’s Flowers.

If you pulled a bow—you won a prize!
A fun, southern tradition made even sweeter by the elegant presentation and excitement of the crowd.

LET’S DANCE: A HIGH-ENERGY MOMENT

In one of the most memorable experiences of the afternoon, the NOW Girls brought everyone to the dance floor for a mini line dance instruction session!

With the “PUT A BOW ON IT” marquee glowing behind them, brides and guests learned new moves together in a moment full of laughter, music, and connection. It was playful, high-energy, and one of the highlights of the day.

CHARMING SCAVENGER HUNT

Brides also enjoyed the Charming Scavenger Hunt, visiting vendor booths and collecting special charms along the way.
At the end of the show, one lucky participant won the Scavenger Hunt Prize: a one-hour photo session from Kristin Marcus Photography!

The show’s signature sip was the “Blushing Bride” sparkling champagne cocktail, served by the Battle House—an elegant, refreshing touch that brides loved.
In addition to drinks, the ballroom was filled with savory samples and sweet treats, allowing couples to taste their way through potential wedding menus from local caterers and bakers.
