kayli + clint’s story

Kayli Robichaux and Clint Schexnayder met at a brunch arranged by mutual friends – and from that day on, they were inseparable. While they had agreed they didn’t want a public proposal during a family trip, Clint had other plans. During a vacation to Mexico with Kayli’s family, he completely surprised her with a proposal that everyone had secretly been in on, making the moment all the more meaningful.

Their wedding day in Houma, Louisiana, was everything they hoped it would be – filled with love, joy, and thoughtful personal touches. “We just wanted to be surrounded by our family and friends, which we were,” Kayli shares. The reception was a highlight, complete with custom napkins featuring their beloved dog, Cliff, a vibrant spring color palette, and favorite foods and snacks displayed in a late-night “convenience store” for guests to enjoy.

With the help of planner Amanda Price, the couple’s vision came to life. The band kept the dance floor packed, and the lush florals and joyful atmosphere made it feel like a fairytale. For Kayli, one of the most memorable parts was getting ready at her parents’ house with her closest friends – starting the day exactly as she’d dreamed.
