Lana thought it was just another perfect day in Costa Rica. Getting ready for dinner, Anna casually asked her to meet on the beach across from the house they were staying in. When Lana walked down the path and saw Anna waiting for her, everything suddenly became clear. Anna dropped to one knee, and with their closest friends and family cheering from the balcony above, she asked Lana to marry her. “It was one of my absolute favorite days,” Lana shares. “It will forever hold such a special place in my heart.”

Their wedding day was equally meaningful. Before meeting Anna, Lana was already a mom, and one of the most emotional moments came when her two sons walked her down the aisle, giving her away to their new bonus mom. “It was one of the most special moments to me,” Lana says.
