Abby Saint and Dalton Bivings’ Roosevelt New Orleans wedding was a romantic celebration filled with timeless details, meaningful traditions and plenty of Southern charm. After exchanging vows during a Catholic Mass at Immaculate Conception Jesuit Church, the newlyweds celebrated with family and friends at The Roosevelt New Orleans, complete with elegant blush florals, live music and a festive second line.
Abby & Dalton’s Story
Abby and Dalton’s love story began on a spontaneous summer night in 2020. After a long trip with friends, Abby almost skipped a boat outing in Hammond, Louisiana – but decided to go at the last minute. Dalton wasn’t supposed to be there either, but fate had other plans. They met on that boat under the stars while “frogging” – a moment Abby will always cherish. From that night on, they were inseparable. Four years later, Dalton proposed in the exact spot where they took their first trip together: Destin, Florida.
A Catholic Mass marked the beginning of their marriage. Dalton completed his sacraments just weeks before the wedding, making the ceremony even more special. Abby’s “something old” was a sentimental treasure: her mother’s heirloom pearls, transformed into a bracelet adorned with a butterfly.
The reception was a joyful celebration, filled with dancing, laughter, and love. “We had so much fun with all of our friends and family that were there supporting us,” says Abby, “We felt so loved.”
